At Vinyl Tap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your record is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Vinyl
Carefully place the record in its original sleeve and use the specialized cardboard mailer it arrived in to prevent any warping or scratches during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the vinyl for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
