How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and warping during transit.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on opened items only if there is a manufacturing defect or significant playback issue. For change-of-mind returns, the record must remain in its original factory shrink-wrap.
Do you sell brand new or used records?
Vinyl Tap offers a curated mix of both. Each product page clearly labels the condition as 'New/Sealed' or provides a detailed grading (e.g., VG+, Near Mint) for our vintage collection.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify a pre-order anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy applies.
